Just got done cold-installing HPUX 10.20 on a box, and traceroute exists in
/usr/contrib/bin... Don't know if HP just started including this with the
base OS or not, but it came with our 10.20 CDs.

 I don't think it's a standard tool with Hp-UX. Go to the Hp-UX Porting
and Archive Center at:
http://hpux.cae.wisc.edu
And ask it to search for "traceroute"... you should get two hits, one for
a terminal interface and one for xwindows. Binaries and Source code are
available for 10.10 systems.
