I religiously read every word in every issue of the Newswire, thus I read
Vladimir's comments as well. Vladimir may have been burned in his youth, but
everyone plans. You're a fool if you don't. That wasn't the root of the
Soviets' problem.
Eisenhower said it best during World War II:
"The plan is nothing. Planning is everything."
Things occasionally go awry. It's always important to have a Plan B, or even
a Plan C, immediately at your disposal.
