SYSTEM ABORT #1328 FROM SUBSYSTEM #110 (Clock/Timers Manager)
PDC TOD write failed.

SECONDARY STATUS: INFO = #-1103, SUBSYSTEM = #110 (Clock/Timers
Manager)
PDC set time of day call returned with an error; the time of day is
invalid.

This system abort, when the hardware and system clocks are out of sync this
error occurs.

What could cause the hw clock to reset?

Problem could be hardware related, either the cpu battery or power supply
may need to be replaced.

From the service manual:

HP 3000/9x9KS and HP 9000/Kx00 computers contain a lithium battery on the
System Board. The lithium battery is NOT an FRU. If the lithium battery is bad
or depleted, the system board must be replaced.
