Subject: MIME, FAX/3000 and deliver.e

Before I start wading through MIME RFC's, I figured I'd ask here.

I want to send some text file attachments (actually CSV) through e-mail using
FAX/3000 and deliver.e (we have it, gotta use it). I've determined that I will
need to generate a MIME header for the attachment. I seem to recall talk about
this sometime ago. If anyone has done this, and could provide a sample or
discussion, I would appreciate it.
