Shawn and List,

Well, here's the full-text of the message (pasted from my yahoo group
including yahoo's links.)  Everything seems to check out.  There is an
HP facility at Chennai.  I've seen spoofers send garbage and
false-positives, but rarely I'll see a spoof that is this close to
reality.  

Unlike spoofers it doesn't even ask to reply back to the sender or a
link.  It seems to assume any reader can respond directly to HP.  If it
is false then I would put it in the 'hoax' category instead of 'phish'.
