Hello Listers,

I have searched the HP3000-l FAQ and the HP3000-l Archives and found some
threads about DCE (and Encina) but nothing very specific to my question. I saw
that Judith Fisher attempted an installation (was it successful, Judith?) and
Leon Degeling, Eric Schubert and Gavin Scott mentioned it but  I would be
interested to hear from anyone who has installed DCE/3000 and is actively using
it. I need to know about any issues with the installation, what kind of
Security model anyone has used (are 40 bit and 56 bit keys relevant here?) and
about features/bugs/perfomance of the product. In addition, I would like to
know if there is such a beast as secure/encrypted FTP ?(this may be a silly
question - please bear with me).
