Er...Larry?  That would be this one <g>

Send a message to [log in to unmask] with "SUBSCRIBE <your name>" in
the body of the message (without the quotes or the <>).  After that, they
get a confirmation from Listserv, and they too, can get anywhere between
20 and 90 e-mail messages a day :-)
