what i find interesting with the driving is that they figure they can
drive from Florida to Denver in a afternoon.  that distances are not that
great.

I bet most Europeans wouldn't argue that much with the taxes they pay for
gasoline.  They, unlike Americans, understand that it's not an infinite
resource, or that they deserve large gas-guzzling vehicles as a
birthright.

And people complain about second-hand smoke here.   It's amazing.

Which is what I thought.  So don't blame the USA for their high taxes. Get
involved and make changes if you don't like it.  Whining doesn't help.
