Do you use a spooling package?
If so, I'd look to the setup of the LDEV/CLASS/distribution to see if
the problem may be there.

Anyone ever have a problem with a recurring spool file.

It prints successfully then prints again 2 or 3 times before
disappearing.

(Number of copies confirmed as 1.)

Probably irrelevant, but Spool file contains Zebra Printer Codes.
