You are still talking as if US is a superpower, able to give diktats
to others. As I said earlier it ceased to be super power since may 11,
1998. That, forces beyond its understanding are shaping its course was
evident during the florida presidential election event. The best
course left for America's citizens is to acknowledge that all nations
have some thing to contribute and democratization of the world order is
a way to harmonise the aspirations of all the nations. ie no more super
