Tony,

  If you don't have any Allbase tools such as LeeTech's DBAdvisor/SQL
or Bradmarks Flexibase/SQL, then you can go into ISQL and do an
"UNLOAD TO INTERNAL" on the source, copy the resulting file, then
do a corresponding "LOAD FROM INTERNAL" on the receiving end.  That
assumes the structures are identical.  If not, then you can use a
"UNLOAD TO EXTERNAL"/"LOAD FROM EXTERNAL" and specify the structures
of the flat files.
  This method is fine for relatively small amounts of data, but for
large amounts of data, it can take a while.  Although I haven't tried
it, I believe SuprTool can also be used against Allbase as well as
Image (although that may be an extra-cost option).
