Hello all

My question concerns the percentages, both minimum and maximum, as specified in workload manager.
If this value the percentage of the total CPU available? That is, if I specify a 5% maximum for a work group
on a 4 processor system, does that mean 5% of 1 processor or 5% of 4 processors for a result of 20% of
one processor?
