AFAIK, that will lose long file names. There are a couple of DOS utilities
around that will copy files and preserve the long file names (Or, in one
case, will create a file containing just the mapping of long <-> short
filenames, which you then re-apply later ... it's called DOSLFNBK,
and is available on the net somewhere (STFW :))
Also, check out the current (?) PC magazine for a related utility, possibly.
