Digest Problem with Cserve CIS3

I'm subscribed to the HP3000-L Digest and am using Compuserve's CIS
Software (v3.0.3). I
seem to receive the message OK (mime, multipart) but can't "get at" the
second part. It shows
as a large (12k) length in the Inbox but appears as empty in the message
reader window.

When I try to save it as a flat file, the CIS software writes a zero length
.txt file and then becomes
well hung...

Anyone come across this before. Looks like I'm going to have to switch out
of digest mode
for the moment until I can get this sorted.
