I agree with  Jon Dunlop. The true essence of story is colonialism, oil.
All other is misleading the people. Including accuses about nuclear and
biological weapons. The the Latin proverb: "Quod licet Iovi not licet
bovi". What is allowed to Jupiter (=USA, Bush), is not allowed to the ox
(=Iraq, Saddam).
The poor Iraqi mothers whose children are dying either of medicine embargo
or directctly from bombs. The country is used as weapon trial field for 13
years of ... so called ... peace!

creation of the FBI itself to grow the fear of the citizens.)
