Is there a way to determine what the user license level is on an
HP3000? Specifically a Series 918 running MPE/iX 5.5 PP 1. I see
there are "predefined" variables HPUSERCOUNT and HPUSERLIMIT. Do
these have any meaning in terms of user license level?

The reason I'm asking is that I installed our new 918 and then a week
later I received a package supposedly containing "A3417A Field Upgrade
HP3000 918" with option "A3172A\UCY Upgrade 32 User License to 40 User
License". I say supposedly because the only items in the box were
the packing slip, some self stick labels that say "User License: 40",
and a blank DAT tape (I mean blank, as in still sealed in the shrink
wrap from HP).

I have my Channel Partner working on this, but they seem to be on
the slow side (like I've been waiting for the SharePlex/NetBase to
ship for a month now and it was supposed to come pre-installed), so
any help you can provide is greatly appreciated.
