I just joined today and am overwhelmed by the amount of <<GARBAGE>> coming
through this mailing list. I enjoy a few personal notes here and there, but
I have received over 120  e-mail JUST FROM THIS LISTING IN ONE DAY. I don't
know about the rest of you, but I don't have time to read all of this.

How many of the people that Jeff says joined the list in the last day or
so are going to be unsubscribing today because of this?

I'm not complaining about off-topic posts, but can we please do it a little
more efficiently?
