is there an END_OF_LINE in line 1 (# For information ...) and 4 (# Note:
...)
It looks like in my eMail but may not the case.
On the other hand the error looks like that the line Configuring and Blank
lines are interpreted as commands ...
the rest is O.K. out of my perspective.

I am having some trouble with my telnet server at MPE 5.5.
I have all the files copied and setup on the net.sys group
and have issues a newlink command on the services,
protocol,unetdcnf and the inetdsec files.  When I stream the
job jinetd.net.sys I receive the following errors on the
console and $stdlist:

9:42/#J26/78//etc/inetd.conf:  Error: Invalid argument
9:42/#J26/78//etc/inetd.conf: Unusable configuration file


I have  looked at the inetdcnf.net.sys file and also
reissued the newlink command but cannot resolve the
error it seems to find in the file.  Thanks for any help
