DTC's are 10Mbs devices, if they are connected to a network switch such
as a CISCO, the switch will handle the conversion to the 100Mbs rate
offered by the 100BT card.  You must be on at least MPEiX 5.5 with power
patch 6 or later.

HP Document number MPEKBRC00003031 describes who to make the changes in
NMMGR.

However, in my opinion it makes more sense to let the DTC's use the
slower 10Mbs interface that is built on the MIO card, and use the 100BT
interface for inbound telnet, ds, ftp, web, etc.
