At the risk of stating the completely obvious, assuming that testees were
presented with five choices instead of the usual four, that is still worse
than the results we might expect if retained earnings had not even been

There is, however, a site, whose author does provide some "Actual Calls and
Letters to Internet Technical Support"
<http://www.shadowstorm.com/tech_support>. And not all of them are "stupid
user" jokes by those who are impressed with their own formidable genius,
although, unfortunately, some of them are. My favorites involve the
customers who manage to solve their own peculiar problems, such as
"Sometimes Customers Diagnose Their Own Problem" on
<http://www.shadowstorm.com/tech_support/volume3.htm>.
