1.  Paul sent the list an attachment on subject.  Many
attachments I  just double click on to read, but not this
one and other similar ones.  I have many extensions set -
for example the extension DOC to MS Word.  These attachments
are no problem. But what about attachments like this one
with no extension?  The problem has something to do with
MIME, I think.  I am using MS Internet Mail 4.70.1155
under Windows'95 to read my mail.
Any help would be appreciated.

2.  I understand that there is a new MS Interent Explorer
(veresion 4) available to download from MS, but when I go
to MS, all I see is a version 4 for NT.  Is it the one
for Windows'95 also?
