Did you mean perhaps support.mayfield.hp.com? as in:
 
   http://support.mayfield.hp.com/search/html/search.html
 
which has a field (at the bottom of the page where it is easy to miss) that
let's you enter an arbitrary document name and retrieve it.
 
I didn't think you could retrieve arbitrary support documents through Jazz,
but I could be wrong.
 
I took a look at the referenced document.  It's ok, but whoever wrote it was
not very familliar with C/XL.  It does not seem to give the actual type names
for C for example.
