I have a question that I know has been answered recently, but I can't
find the entry.  Some reference was made to a multi-thread environment
and the name 'DCE' came up.  What is DCE, where can I get it, and how
many of my first-born children will it cost me?  I actually just need
information on the notion of multiple threads (light-weight processes)
running underneath an existing process on MPE/iX 5.0+ and any war
stories anyone might have trying to use them.
