This used to happen to me, too. I finally noticed when filling in my
e-mail address once -- "for this call only" -- that at the bottom of that
section it also says, "To make modifications permanent, please contact
your Support Agreement Representative listed on your HP Support
Agreement."

So I did, and now my e-mail is listed. :-)
