I can relate my experience with email while I was out of the country.
I continued to use my regular email address, [log in to unmask]
I signed up with Yahoo to use their mail, including getting my mail
from @home. This worked fine for incoming mail - I could use any PC,
anywhere with a WWW connection. (Nobody sent me any attachments, so I
don't know if they would have worked.) However, I did have a problem
sending mail on weekends - the Yahoo mail sender did not respond.
During the week, however, it worked ok, even with attachments.
