I am perfectly happy to cut and paste 10 addresses a day and use my cable modem to upload it. Besides, I'm out of a job and I
shamelessly admit that anything that keeps my name before the public will cut down on the length of the job search.
Since Vladimir Volokh gave me verbal permission to distribute this I have no doubt that a HTML version would also receive his
blessing.
BTW Glenn, there is a chance I might come to work for you shortly at MBS.
