>How can I print to a HP Laserjet 4 printer connected to my LAN with a
>HP JetDirect Network Interface ??

Having just gone through this, here is what I do/did:

1) Assign an IP address to the printer.

2) Add the printer to the PC using the CD or disk that came with the
printer. You will need to use HP's JetDirect Admin software (at
least I'm not aware of any other way of doing it). This will
associate the IP address of the printer with the printer device on
the PC.

3) You should be ready to print. Most Windows programs will allow you
to select the printer when you print, or you can set the new printer
to be the default.

It really is that simple, unless you enter the wrong IP address like
I did.
