I believe patch FTPHD71A has been superseded by FTPHD75A, a patch I
recently just added to improve throughput on large file transfers.

 I have not checked at all to see what works/not... but do you have the
ftp "spacy names" patch installed?

 SR: 8606338048
FTP Client supports blanks in file names with "quote"

FTPHD71 for C.75.00 General Release
FTPHDA0 for C.70.00 Beta Supersede by FTPHDE9
FTPHDF0 for C.65.00 Beta Test
