No, you understood correctly.  I didn't know what user license I had
(it was supposed to be 40), but when I got this "upgrade" kit I
knew I needed to find out so I could get HP in to change it if
necessary.  But it turns out that the HPUSERLIMIT is set to 40,
so I *assume* I have the 40-user license.  Now, why did I get this
"upgrade" kit?!?
