Howdy,

Hold on! Not so fast there Tony. We were on 7.29C and I was not
enthusiastic about upgrading either. After consulting the list
and Cognos I went ahead and ordered up 2.29C and installed it
in a test environment. Included in the package was a list of
bug fixes one of which dealt with Feb 29, 2000, which was the
specific problem I was after for now. I did not as in *did not*
fix the problem.

I need to get back and insure that it is actually a Cognos problem
and not a program bug. I've been keeping quiet about it as I *do*
need to check the program, but I'm also trying to find out what
the release date is for version 8.19.

Maybe I can get to that tommorrow - I'll let you know.

Jim (desperatley seeking water) Trudeau
