The story I heard at Interex Denver was that DCE would likely be available
on the first Express release after the 5.0 Push.  It would also not be
bundled, as "HP has to pay royalty fees to OSF".  This implied the price
would be low (perhaps "at cost"). Presumably it is to HP's benefit to have a
high compliance to DCE in their market to support the selling of additional
DCE-based tools and products.  I believe Dianne Sabatino is the HP's
business manager for DCE, and is located at HP in Cupertino.
 
As well Kerebos, RPC and Name Services, it (naturally) also includes the DCE
time synchronization procedures.
