Alan,
Use double quote marks to substitute the quote mark into the string.
Continue to put quote marks around the entire string. This will look kind of
strange because you want an quote mark at the end of your string so you will
actually have three quotation marks - two of them to indicate a quote mark
and one as a delimiter.
REPL ITEM2="STARTTEXT,Find ""K<00000,0>"""
