Hi Paolo-

I'm not sure that you have followed all of the right steps.  You must:

   1. Build your schema, typically with your editor of choice.
   2. Compile your schema into a root file with DBSCHEMA.PUB.SYS.
   3. Create your database from the root file with DBUTIL.PUB.SYS and the
CREATE command.

Did you skip Step #2 perchance?
