Boy, do I know of a good CSL scheduler. MasterOp/3000, available from the
Interex CSL. Schedules jobs, programs, XEQ files, UDC's, you name it. It
schedules by date, time, file state, JCW state, device availability, and
just about any other condition detectable on the HP3000.

In addition, it performs automatic date substitutions and can
automativally look up passwords for all jobs it streams.

It also allows you to create partitions for groups of jobs so you can
control user-streamed jobs.

It also networks within an HP3000 or between HP3000's.

One note, however. It is a VERY large product. It will take a while for
you to learn all of it. Get a copy, and if you have any questions, let me
know. I wrote it. All 66,000 lines. Good hunting!
