Because of problems with the vendor chosen by our Finance Department to
replace our long running and ever so friendly Financial system running
on our very reliable and unstoppable HPe3000 969/KS220, Sparks has moved
back to it's HPe3000.

Because of this "reconversion", I need to decide if I should upgrade to
MPE 7.5 or just stay at 7.0...I hadn't bothered with the upgrade because
we have only been using the 3000 for history look up this past year.
We figure we will be "converting" again sometime in the next 2 years.

So, any gotcha's, etc. that I should know about the upgrade? Or any
reasons not to?

And just for background, we in Sparks IT were not allowed to be very
involved in the decision on the new financial system...but this time
around we are :)

If anyone wants to hear any of the gory details, look me up at the HP
Tech Forum in September. I'll be there. And yes, it's great to be back
on a real Server...
