Yet another twist... it's late night here, so bear with me ;-)
Imagine a large community of HPe3000 users and vendors gets together
to collect a fairly large sum of money for placing a full page ad in
Wall Street Journal to let high level HP management and the rest of
the readership learn about true customer loyalty and a very valuable
HP invention with 28 years of history...
Now imagine those people decide to not spend $150,000 for a printed
page of paper, but make up their minds and make that a donation for
some charity, maybe asking the HPe3000 division manager to represent
them for handing over the donation...
Would Wall Street Journal consider a story about that?
Or would they just be angry about losing a $150K deal?
