For that matter, anybody who likes mpe & cobol more than C or perl is welcome
to mod my hp2rtf to create pdf instead of rich-text-format (especially if they
send me a copy of the new version). Its a bit long to post, but I'd be glad
to send it to anybody.
It reads cctl files, and can handle boldface, italics & underlining, but not
much else that you wouldn't do on a line-printer.

You could modify rpt2pdf from the archives of this list to produce html
instead of pdf.
If you like perl, you could modify http://txt2html.sourceforge.net/ to
read cctl files.
