Hmmmm... 25 million over 2 years; factoring out a 50% "administrative" and other expenses, and figuring the "training" will amount to half a dozen "learning tree" type courses per year (the really intensive 1 to 2 week courses, at roughly $5k each) that will provide training for approximately 200 people -- anyone want to check my math? :(
