One of our staff encountered this error:

Data access error. (TRANDETL*01)
BROKEN BACKWARD CHAIN: SET 25 PATH 1 ENTRY 31 -28863

I have Adager and can repair this (I think).  but my questions are:  Does this
signify a bigger problem?  Do I have to have the database quiescent to do the
repair (I believe so)?  Is this error localized to this specific chain (I think
so)?

There are two separate logins used to access the ITM4 system via the
SecureNetTerm SSH MS-Windows terminal client software.

1. The Unix user login to the host operating system.

2. The ITM4 user login to the application.

SSH access to the ITM4 application is made to host
