When I called my local location for testing, I asked about any
requirements ... the response was that I needed to pay the fee before I
took the test (meaning that whether I passed or failed I paid).  That
was the only requirement.    There are other sections of testing for
sales and support.  Perhaps that is limited to channel partners.
