ThinLan to AUI Changeover

I have a question that is related to this topic:  We are also making the
change from ThinLan to twisted pair.  I know how to change the jumpers
on the LANIC and the DTCs, but we also have a Vectra that is managing
the DTCs with OpenView DTC manager.  This particular PC has an
integrated NIC, with RJ45 connector on the motherboard and a daughter
board with the BNC connector.  To start using the RJ45 connector, is
there something I must do to switch it over?
