Spoolfiles are stored on the MPE_SYSTEM_VOLUME_SET as are temporary domain files, and files required by jobs,
sessions and programs. If a spoolfile uses up all the disc space, then there is not any left for jobs and sessions. Nuke the
offending spoolfile and your problem cures itself.
