Who is Deny and what possession of his are you talking about?

The above question is a facetious way to point out that you should not imbed
an apostrophe in someone's name simply because it ends with an 's'. Many
people think you should add an apostrophe any time you add an 's' to the end
of a word, which is incorrect, but at least it's understandable. I can't
imagine why you thought an apostrpohe was appropriate in this case, where
the 's' is part of the name, rather than something that's tacked on.

Simple rule: Use an apostrophe for possessive or for a contraction, not for
a plural.
