help-to-html perhaps?  if so, then check out mark bixby's site.  he has a
perl script available that converts cicat into bunches of little html
files.  with apache running on your system (or even with moving all the
little html files to a foreign (hehe) web server), you can see mpe help
thru a browser.  imo, it's a wonderful thing.....  (thanks,
