Pennsylvania.

The "foot of the Poconos" - start in Lehigh County (Allentown, Bethlehem,
Easton), which is still, technically, considered SE PA.  The Pokies
themselves, are in Carbon and other counties - and you are indeed
correct...and are *not* in SE PA.
