You may also do this from MPE CI by

:NEWLINK /etc/inetd.conf , /SYS/NET/INETDCNF
:NEWLINK /etc/bootptab , /SYS/NET/BOOTPTAB

Notice the different order of arguments between
NEWLINK and ln, though (well, to me the NEWLINK
seems more intuitive but that's surely a matter
of taste).
