Did you try simply power cycling the console. We have had a console lock up like you have described, and power cycling it cleared it up.

Hello List,

We have a locked console on our 3000 979.  I issued the commands to unlock,
CTRL - S, then CTRL - Q with no results.

It is not affecting the users and I can take the console.

Has anyone rebooted the 3000 from another console?  Is it possible?

Any ideas?
