Good point Gerry,

Reflection's fast file transfer (fft) uses tcp/ip ports in the 30000-40000
range, so either that range of ports needs to be open through your firewall
or you can disable fft.  Reflection defaults to negotiate fft, but setting
it to never when those ports are not open will speed up the initiation of
the file transfer.

BTW: port 1570 is the ns/vt streams mode port, 1537 the message mode port.
