I don't know anything about NT ASP acting as a CGI client, but on the e3000
server side the easiest way to encrypt CGI output would be to use the HP
WebWise MPE/iX Secure Web Server. When you use WebWise, the CGI output will be
automatically encrypted using SSL, and this will all be transparent to your CGI
code.

WebWise is very affordable and can even be purchased and downloaded online from
HP Software Depot at http://www.software.hp.com. WebWise documentation is
available at http://docs.hp.com/mpeix/pdf/32650-90897.pdf.

BTW, since you're on MPE 6.0, you should probably replace that ancient
unsupported bixby.org Apache 1.3b5 with a fully supported by HP Apache 1.3.4
(or 1.3.9 beta) that you can download from
http://jazz.external.hp.com/src/apache.
