Thanks to Jeff Vance for putting Utilities TCPY and CHRTRAN, which i
want to share with the HP3000 Community, onto Jazz.

TCPY is a media copy utility. Media can be copied to media
or disk file and from disk file to media.

Utility CHRTRAN translates fixed length record file
depending on rules defined in a control file.

Maybe the Utilities are of use for somebody.

Needless to say, this are unsupported Utilities,
like other shareware on Jazz, but you can report problems
to me.
